Chris Reichhelm

Managing Director

Chris Reichhelm has been advising Boards and executive teams on their most senior hiring needs for over 15-years. His focus has been within the Technology, Cleantech and Engineering industries, where he is known for appointing Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors and Chief Executives.

Early in his career he worked with Heidrick & Struggles International, where he served as a member of the Technology practice. Later, he helped establish the executive search firms eg.1 and Lancor, where he led Board and C-level engagements.

Chris is the founder and managing director of Peloton Advisors. He possesses significant experience of working with private equity firms and is a strategic advisor to international investment groups, public and private. American by background, he graduated with an A.B. from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania, where he was the Norman Baker Scholar. He has resided in the UK for nearly 20-years.
Russell Brandon

Director of Research

Russell leads the research function on behalf of Peloton. He and his team are highly experienced at delivering Board-level mandates across the Technology, Cleantech and Engineering sectors on a global basis. This includes executive search, market studies and compensation analysis.

Russell is also Managing Director of Semita Research, which was founded in 1997 and is a leading provider of executive research solutions. He has over 20 years experience in research and resourcing, and has previously worked with Research Focus, Ashwood Associates and Highfield International.
Amanda Morris

Senior Associate

Amanda is responsible for providing research support for the Peloton team. Her focus is on early and high-growth stage businesses within the fields of high tech & electronics, advanced materials and energy and environmental technologies. She regularly delivers work at Board and Executive level and is accustomed to working with private equity-backed businesses.

Amanda has also been a member of the Semita team since 2005. She is a Chartered Management Accountant, and in her early career held a range of financial and commercial roles within Thames Water and BUPA.
Charlotte Clarke

Executive Assistant

Charlotte provides administrative and project support for the Peloton team, possessing more than 15-years in senior administrative roles. She began her career with Midland Montagu working both in the UK and Australia. After returning to the UK, she moved into the executive search industry with the London office of Heidrick & Struggles International, where she worked within the Board and Financial Services practices.

More recently, she has worked at Lansdowne International, an emerging market executive search firm, providing support to the group's founding partner.
